Community Benefits

Our proposal will deliver a number of benefits to the local and wider community, including 50 new and affordable homes on a sustainable brownfield site.

The ground floor layout (adjacent) shows the community use re-provided as part of a modern building.

A new footpath will better connect Redhill town centre with the existing railway underpass.

Additionally, a new, modern community space will be provided within the building. The new community space will be 240 square metres, slightly larger than the current space.

Given the close proximity to the town centre and railway station, we are proposing a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments ideal for people looking to live close to local amenities.
