We have submitted a planning application to build a new community space in Redhill, as part of a small development of 50 flats off Marketfield Way.

The site has been identified as surplus railway land, which can be used to provide new homes, as well as re-providing a community space.

Our plans will create a better pedestrian link with the railway underpass and better connect the site with approved developments on neighbouring plots of land, both of which will help transform this part of Redhill.
