Our Proposal

We propose to transform the site by opening up a new public walkway that better connects Marketfield Way with the current railway underpass.

We also propose to build a 6 to 8 storey building that comprises of up to 50 residential homes and a new community space.

This building will provide a visual step down in height from neighbouring developments, which will soon transform this part of Redhill. The redevelopment of the former Liquid and Envy site and the Marketfield Way car park will be 11 and 13 storeys tall respectively.
